Many thanks to Tom Lewis at THCP. His great patience made the process of understanding my hearing loss and selecting the right hearing aids simple and straight-forward. He never pressured me along any particular path but clearly explained the benefits of each option. My aids are now in and working excellently, giving not only my hearing a boost but also my self-confidence!

I attended today for the annual review of my hearing aids and, as previously experienced, I was treated in a very friendly and courteous manner.
Faisal explained the checks he was carrying out so I felt I had been fully informed of the procedures. He also explained and adjusted my mobile phone in order to improve reception.
All in all I had exceptional service.

The audiologist was polite and made me feel at ease. He explained the procedure to me in detail. I was very happy with the results. My hearing has now come back to normal which I am extremely grateful for. I give him 10 out of 10.

This was my first hearing test after much prompting from my children. Faisal in Ledbury was professional but put me at ease. He clearly explained the process and the results. Despite no loss of hearing, Faisal gave me some tips for long-term management for which I am very grateful. I will definitely go back in a couple of years.
