I’m 32 year old and have never really had any problems with my ears. The last 10 years I have been working in noisy manufacturing plants with loud machinery and where mandatory ear protection was required. I also do lots of swimming all year around. Due to the above this had gradually led to large build up in both ears, but particularly one where it was blocked for a week. This impacted every aspect of my life negatively and needed to find a quick solution. A friend at work recommended The Hearing Care Partnership who helped clear his ears out almost instantly and was a total success. I contacted them initially highlighting my issue and the care required. Within 15 minutes a lovely lady called Jo phoned me back and gave me a full run down of the treatment in a very friendly and professional manner. She was extremely flexible in contacting me further taking more details, working around my shift pattern. This was on the Tuesday and the earliest slot available was the Friday so I booked on ASAP. The procedure itself was a quick process where they flushed out one ear and suctioned the other clearing the build up wax. Through the whole process Jo and her colleague Damian was very reassuring every step of the way, with constant communication throughout. I don’t say this lightly, the best £70 I have spent and I walked out of the clinic grinning from ‘ear to ear’ with full ‘HD’ hearing! I highly recommend this efficient, professional and friendly service. Thank-you 🙌🏻

My audiologist was very knowledgable and was a natural people person. He put me at ease by explaining everything, so much so that I felt I had known him a long time!
I shall definitely recommend this wax removal centre to friends, family and colleagues.
Oh...and I can hear birds singing again! Yay
