Hayley the audiologist was very highly exceptionally professional yet remaining very polite and indeed courteous.I would most definitely always recommend Richard Petrie as the best Optometrist in the business.

I came for a hearing test feeling slightly nervous. I spoke with Hayley the audiologist and she was so lovely! She explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend any one go here if they’re struggling with their hearing.

Hearing Test with Hayley Billington
Hearing test conducted by Hayley Billington at Richard Petrie Opticians in Littleover, Derby. Significantly better and more thorough than the test conducted by Specsavers (NHS Test). The aids I now have do not suffer from chronic feedback unlike the ones provided by Specsavers.

I didnt heard on both ears
I didnt heard on both ears. She cleared them for me and then said that to hear totally fine I need to take some ear drops from GP. Really recommended place. specially dont have to wait 3 months for appointment.
