Great experience with Qais

Qais explained the tests thoroughly and also helped me to understand how your hearing works and the importance of regular testing, particularly the potential cognitive decline aspects

Excellent customer service initially…

Excellent customer service initially from Nadia, now from Qais.
I was very apprehensive at my first visit after many years of hearing loss. I was immediately put at ease and treated in a very friendly and professional manner.
Qais is always contactable and happy to help should a problem occur.
I can highly recommend this service.
