Booked in at short notice and I was seen within two days. Faye was extremely welcoming and explained all the steps in my treatment thoroughly and with a smile. This practice will be my first choice from now on with any hearing issues I may have

Brilliant service
Faye saw me (in my local Redcar branch) the same day I rang in her lunch break as she was fully booked with appointments. That's dedication in my book.
Fixed my blocked ear substantially at that visit and followed up with a home visit to complete the job after prescribing a weeks ear drops to soften the
remaining stubborn wax.
Friendly professional and very skilful and did a full 'MOT' on both ears.
Needless to say I'm now a client for an annual check up.
