Excellent Hearing Test
I had my hearing tested recently by Mohammed Faisal at Walford and Round, Solihull. The appointment was easy to book and available with short notice. Mohammed was courteous and sympathetic and I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. The test was very thorough and professional with each procedure and results explained very clearly. The test results were efficiently forwarded to me and directly to my GP. This free consultation was more extensive and more informative in comparison to my earlier test at a high street pharmacy. I would definitely recommend.

A service with lovely people
I attended the practice and felt welcomed by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. The professional who supported me was very professional and took a relationship based/ person centered approach. I really felt listened to and learnt a lot I would recommend the service to everyone!
