Second Review at The Hearing Care Partnership in Mere Green
This morning I visited Faisal at The Hearing Care Partnership in Mere Green, it had been 2 years since my last hearing test here.
Faisal is so kind and caring and explains fully all the tests he does and why they are being carried out. This is really interesting and reassuring.
I was so pleased to find out that my hearing is pretty much the same as it was two years ago and I'll visit again when called for my Review.

parking tickets scumbags. went to pick passenger from their shop and received a parking fine. they are dishonest and put small print on the parking signs . such a currept business and cheap way to mug the money off from hard working people’s. shame on you

A total professional
I met Faisal for the first time today for a hearing test and programming of my hearing aids, and I have to say it was a total pleasure, he took his time to explain everything to me , and nothing was too much trouble to him, he is a total credit to the company.

First appointment with THCP.
This was my first appointent with Thcp at Mere green clinic, The Audiologist Faisal, put me at ease explaned all about my earing aids that i got. Soon sorted out my hearing test to find the results were very low! Faisal is very knowleable and made the adjustments and helped with pairing my phone to my hearing aids. Overall a fantastic service and I am now on the system so no worries. I must say it was very plesant being in the company of Faisal. I highly recommend The Hearing Care Partnership and of couse Faisal at Mere green clinic. Peter Fitzwater.

Fast, Friendly and Professional Service
I needed an earwax appointment and only had to wait a few hours. After a few minutes wait, I was greeted by Faisal, who was very friendly and approachable. He quickly explained what would happen and carried out an inspection, which revealed very little wax but that there was something that needed treating. He did what he could to remove the deposit, advised me that I might need to see my gp, and then carried out detailed tests, all with easy to understand explanations. I was impressed with the service and professionalism and will certainly return next year for a review.

Excellent service
I attended for a 12 month review in Sutton Coldfield.
I was notified by post when the review was due and and appointment was easily made at a time and date suitable for me. Faisal the audiologist is friendly, caring and professional in his manner. He went through a brief health review as well as discussing how I was getting on with the hearing aids which I've had for a year. He explained the tests he was going to carry out, showed and discussed the results with me. My hearing aids were adjusted appropriately. Further follow-up was discussed and I was advised to get in touch if I had any problems. An excellent service, I couldn't wish for better.

Had a very good experience today due to Faisel explaining everything to me .He removed the wax from my ears with great care and also offered me a hearing test while I was there ,he told me exactly what was going on with my hearing and made me feel confident I would definitely return here.

Very well mannered and highly informative. Faisal took me through each step of my hearing assessment and explained the results with ease, putting my mind at rest. There was no sales pitch at the end and no push for me to pay for further consultations or hearing aids, even if I had needed them! Very happy

Detailed and thorough
I took advantage of the free full hearing assessment and was seen by Faisal. A very personable and knowledgeable young man. The assessment was thorough and all steps were explained in detail. No further action just now but a recall will be likely in future.
