I purchased pants on June 8th, returned them to Flamingo as per their instructions and as of today August 30th, 2023 I still have not received my money refund for the items I returned. Die yourself a favor and NEVER ever purchase anything from this company. Report them to your bank, the better Business Bureau because they are a scam company. So please this is my second review from someone that has never written one before but I will continue writing them until I receive my refund. This is because I am so totally angry and frustrated.

I am so upset with Flamingo! I am disgusted by the regulations of Flamingo! Even in a shop, one is allowed to try on swimwear, as well as return items more than just 7 days after being bought. They do not accept Swimwear as returns. Nowhere is this information easily visible when looking at, selecting or buying the products which only leaves one conclusion... This is the caniving, sceeming plan of a thieving company who preys on people's belief that the system would be similar to that which is common practice. I believe that this is how Flamingo makes most of it's money, by lying and cheating. Not only that, but the one spaghetti strap top which I purchased for !!!20Euro!!! is sewn so skew on the neckline, I wouldn't dare wear it in public. I am disgusted! I will never support this company again and will be sure to pass this information on to whomever I can.

SCAMMMMMMMMM…. They took my mama money never sent anything to her marked it as delivered and to make matters worse no one is replying to any emails.

SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT BUY. Quality is terrible and they give the run around to return asking the same questions in 50 different was in attempts to determine you from returning. Will not give a return address even after following their return policy procedures.

Website looks great but don't be fooled, appalling delivery time, very cheap material and poor fit, rubbish returns policy. Personally I'll not be buying from here again.

I never received my order and it say’s delivered. I tried contacting them and no response. This company is a joke

These people don’t respond to emails to return merchandise. The clothes are made cheap and expensive price .I will never order from them again. Always check reviews before ordering. Stay with companies you’re familiar with. Things are too good to be true

I wish I'd never ordered from this Website wish I looked at the reviews First to know how long the wait time before you receive any merchandise no no phone call nothing they just take the money and you're waiting for a month or more I will not be ordering from this website anymore I hope this is helpful to anyone who Interested in Ordering from flamingo Word of advice don't do it.

I have reported this company for a investigation I never recieved my item contacted them on several attempts for my refund it is a open investigation with this company please do not purchase from here they are big scemmers

OMG!! This is the BIGGEST FRAUDULENT COMPANY OF 2022!! I purchased about 300.00 dollars worth of clothes and OMG!! When they came in… it’s like they’re made for a midget !! Trying to return them . Asking for a return label??? WAIT FOR IT!! Please I don’t usually do bad reviews but I have to post something because this company is like so not right. They should be ashamed for still keeping their doors open.

Worst site ever, quality of clothes are not good, giving the run around with returning items, you have to use Messenger to contact and request return. I have been requesting return for 3 days, all to be asked for order number to verify, which I did, then to receive another message wanting label print from each bag, then another message as to why I was returning and final message asking for pictures of items. Still no label to return my items. Biggest rip off, don’t order from them!!!! If I could I would give no star on quality of clothes!

I loved the flamingo razor when it first came out 5 stars. And then they changed the razor blade the shave is not close but leaves nicks. I have not nicked myself in over 10 years. If I wanted the venus razor I would have bought one. Very unhappy.

I order from flamingo all the time 3 weeks ago I ordered jeans still not here yet i have the app an the phone number too .shes telling me there 2 flamingos iv emailed an got too responds but know more best thing to do is call an make your order sence they have 2 flamingos.sombody the fake flamingo needs to change there name one has good close an the other hearing from reviews has cheep ones be carful people. I dont know whats going on check you item with the number an make sure its the right flamingo. There making the real flamingo look bad

Cheap looking clothes nothing like picture when asked to return I've got to pay 12.99 shipping so out of pocket and wouldn't even keep clothing to give to someone else as no one I know would wear it, sorry wrong shop trying to take it down

One star is too much, ordered 2 months ago still not recieved anything absolute joke, going trading standards and want a refund basically just robbed my money :( stay away and shop else where

SCAM COMPANY!!! Avoid at all costs. Ordered an item that arrived nothing like the photo on their website. It was cheaply made and very tacky. When I requested to return they told me I cannot as it would cost too much to return to CHINA!
They would not offer a refund,so be aware you will be stuck with it if not suitable. Called their distribution centre in Ipswich who said they do not take parcels back unless Flamingo authorise it,and cannot issue a refund. Avoid this company at all costs!!
