This company is a joke. I ordered on the 3rd December. This was a Christmas present for my wife. Still not got it. When I contacted the company they said the order had been held as no address. No one contacted me. I am asked for order to be shipped and to have some money off order. They have no responded. I will be posting everywhere to state to avoid this company. Your a joke.

My Husband brought me a coat...that's if you can call it that. It looked more like a hideous blazer. The quality was worse than abysmal. Size XXL it would struggle to fit Mini Mouse. No washing instructions, probably because it would disintegrate!! Coat came with no hanging hooks, no pockets and some cheap and tacky plastic (metal looking buttons that were too small for the coat or the XXL person attempting to wear it). Dare you get the fabric near an open flame!!! The fabric was so grosse, thin and itching. I wouldn't even put this on my dog as a walking coat. Basically, this site sells very cheap and very nasty clothing. I believe all good reviews written about this company are fake and written by some poor sweat worker to increase the reviews for unsuspecting purchasers. Do not waste your money on any of this utter trash. NOW FOR THE NEXT CHALLENGE TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Placed my order 2 weeks ago and still not received it, emailed customer service and heard nothing back. Item got dispatched and in shipping within a few days but my tracking has said just been in transit for 10 days now and still nothing!!! Was suppose to be a Christmas present. Absolute crap company won't ever order from these again!!!

Ordered 3 items, looked great in the pics but when they arrived they were a disgrace. Terrible quality, sweatshirt was almost see through the fabric was so thin and I’m sure I could have powered a light bulb with the static. No returns slip, sent 5 emails & no response. Contacted distribution unit in Ipswich and they claimed to not know anything about Flamingo!! When I questioned them about distributing items for a company they know nothing about they put the phone down. I called back but they didn’t answer, I withheld my number and amazingly they answered. I explained out of courtesy I am letting you know I have reported the company to my bank and they will be contacting the authorities if nobody has replied after 15 days. Within 20 mins the same person called me back and said she would like to help me get my refund. I returned the package as a sign for photographed every item as it was packaged and at the post office. Informed them I will not stop bank proceeding with their line of enquiry until full refund has been received. Guess what? I got a full refund!!!

They just don't send out your items and the customer service email that is listed on the website is fake. Stay away from this scam site

Bought 2 pairs of jeans for black Friday sale. Read the reviews and panicked that I got scammed. However the jeans have arrived and are great quality. Fit perfectly as well! Will shop with them again!

Same as other reviews, received a jacket £25, it actually fits but its rubbish, feels awful to wear, no way of returning, i suppose I'll just have to cut my losses even though i can't afford to.

After a long wait for the clothes when they arrived they are nothing like what was advertised, the quality is poor, the material is not what is listed, one was supposed to be a jumper but is see through. The customs label on the parcel shows the cost of each item of being a few dollars only. Looking to try to return the shoddy things delivered I discovered that you have to get authorisation from them within 7 days. Of course after multiple tries to contact them there's no response.

Emailed on first day of items being received and 3 times more over 2 days after as aware I had 7 days to contact customer services to get return instructions. No reply at all!! No instructions to return and no chance of getting my money back. Left with £78 worth of clothes a tiny size and poor quality

Purchase items ,arrived few weeks later , very very poor quality & nothing like the description . Material was so cheap & nasty ,& workman ship that gad gone into making a 2 Yr old could do better . They will not respond to you when you e/mail them to return items . This company need shutting down

Cheap quality clothing that is overpriced, I've emailed Flamingo 7 times now requesting return information and have had no response, I've also tried to contact them via Facebook and Instagram and still nothing. I can only conclude they are out rip off honest customers. I would avoid at all costs.

Flamingo uses cheap material making the clothes the items look nothing like the picture the size and the material is going to shrink after the first wear flamingo packs everything in one box and it takes 6 weeks before you can get your items so you can be disappointed they give you 7 days to return and I don't know how long it takes to get our money back but now even it involves the bank so I'm contacting BBB and show them the time I ordered to the time I received and the time they gave me to return so I'll wait on the time that they'll return my money they gave me 7 days to return that items I want to see how long it's going to take them to return my money you come out better shopping at Walmart because the item is nothing like the picture the size is not the size I wear a large but it look like they sent the small so now I got to return all this after waiting 6 weeks good luck shopping at flamingos I would never recommend anyone even people that need cheap clothes flamingo you need gasoline.

I've purchased 4 items from them and I love them

I couldn't fit my clothes they were too small and the quality of the fabric was not of good quality to me and I asked for a refund. I emailed the company about how I need to return and get my refund but haven't received the correct information to send the items back. Or the info they sent seem confusing a little.Do anybody have the correct number to call them or any correct information where to send it ? Help me please!!!

Bad quality. Cheap looking items.

This site has soooo many flamingos! I have ordered several times from this site. Usually pretty fast shipping. I'm addicted to this site!
