Charged twice - No order confirmation

I tried to order a watch. Never received a confirmation so I didn't think the order went through. My credit card company notified me that I was charged twice and I still have not received any confirmation. Both watches need to be cancelled and my credit card credited twice for $74.94. I am reporting it to my credit card company. Richard Dixon

Absolutely shocking piece of kit worked…

Absolutely shocking piece of kit worked OK for the first few weeks even though the analytics are all over the place especially the sleep tracker but now the actual watch isn't even tracking any of my data apart from steps per day, also the app is shocking and barely functions. Steer clear of this product you'd be better off counting your daily steps yourself as nothing else on the watch seems to work.

DOESN’T LIVE UP TO PROMISES

I had high hopes for this watch and have been let down on most every front. The watch face changes without my choosing it to. The watch overrides my phone so that I can’t voice text because the watch doesn’t clearly pick up what I say. I can’t watch video clips on my phone because the video plays on the phone but the audio goes to the watch. This override happens even if I leave the watch at one end of our large ranch house and take my phone to the other end. I find both the step and sleep trackers to be very inaccurate. I have twice reached out for customer service and have gotten no response. If I’d know all this sooner I would have applied the purchase price to buying a genuine smartwatch. As it is, I feel I’ve clearly been taken.

Very unhappy with watch

Very unhappy with watch, don't recommend them at all. I tried returning but again only offered 30% refund. I program all my stuff in and save it, but it disappears, I have to set it all up again. Program my watch face and it randomly changes on you too.

Deceptive Refund Policy

I ordered the watch mainly to track my blood pressure. It is very inaccurate although they advertise it as being accurate. I contacted them about returning the watch for a refund. I tried submitting a video as requested. They never even acknowledged that they got the video and offered a 30% refund for the second time. I included a copy of the refund policy stating 100% refund. I got no satisfaction after several emails. I wish I has seen some of the reviews on this site before ordering.

Healthwatch inaccurate

Sleep monitoring, blood pressure and other health related features are so inaccurate. Husband got one too. He is a bad sleeper yet according to the watch he averages 8 to 9 hours! The only good thing is it tells the time well. Very disappointed given they still costed $140 each.

That said, we’re always transparent that the HealthWatch is not a medical device. Like most smartwatches, the blood pressure and sleep tracking are meant to give general wellness insights—not medical precision. And sleep results can vary depending on how still or restful a person is, even if they don’t feel they’ve slept well.

Buyer beware

I was given the Healthwatch 4 for Christmas gift and initially loved it. The only component that didn't work was I had no access to the preinstalled text replies. I contacted the company for assistance and over the course of the last month must have communicated with at least 3 different customer service agents, all instructing me to do the same thing(s) to correct the issue. Today, I was told that since the "troubleshooting" didn't work, the watch is now out of warranty and it's too late to replace it.
I would not buy this watch based on their so-called customer service. It is unprofessional and misleading. Buyer beware.

The Healthwatch 100% money back…

The Healthwatch 100% money back guarantee is very deceptive and misleading. They state no questions asked but they want a video of what the issue is. Do not buy this watch. I sent them to emails and each time they responded they need a video.

Does not do what it claims

I bought the healthwatch 5 to take blood pressure. The reading is the same each time. I was told it just gets you in the vicinity. BP is not something you want an approximate reading on. I was also told you send a video. I'll just chalk it up as a bad purchase. And leave bad reviews.

My phone would not sync with the watch

My phone would not sync with the watch. I emailed and requested a refund and was told to send a video. I could not send a video because everything was on my cell phone. They did not honor their 100% guarantee because I was unsatisfied and it was to be returned at my expense minus 1.5% for their fee ridiculous

Watch of many problems

I was not happy with the watch. The blood pressure option was completely unreliable, the watch face kept changing, the step counter didn't work at all at times. I tried for a refund and every time Arianne would ask for a video of the problem. I pointed out that the ad states they would refund the money no questions asked if I wasn't satisfied. All a big lie!!!

This is their standard response:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and completely empathize with your situation. However, in accordance with our policy, we kindly request a video submission for us to thoroughly assess and address your concern related to the item. Without this essential element, we regret to inform you that we cannot proceed with filing a report to our technical team for review.

Scam and lie from HeathWatch guarantee

I wanted a refund as I did not like the watch and it was guarantee that I would get my money back. I was told to mail the watch back to an address in Montreal which I did. But when il got there it was refused and sent back to me at my own expenses. all together I spent more than $28 for nothing. I am still trying to get a refund but doubtful it will ever happens
