Abbey & Phil’s product was absolutely beautiful. I bought a basket for my sister for carrying veg from her allotment and was apprehensive about sturdiness but the craftsmanship and material were incredible. Extremely strong and the engraving was beautiful. Would strongly, strongly recommend as a stunning and personal gift that is not only thoughtful but also has the bonus of longevity and quality. Terrible company. No aftercare, no response to emails. They sent a poor product out that was faulty and not as described. Although they initially offered a return for a full refund they are now ignoring all follow up emails asking for a returns label. A really poor way to treat your customers

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a personalised toolbox for my husbands birthday. It was damaged on arrival and I emailed the company straight away. They initially replied stating if I packaged it up they would tell me how to return it, but I haven’t had a reply since, despite emailing them 8+ times since. Really really poor customer service, have now lost £50 and have a damaged product to show for it.

I ordered a personalised teapot as a gift for a friend. It arrived super quickly and exactly as I specified! If I need engraving in future, I definitely know where to go!

Ordered goods on 27/11/25 to value of £110. Emailed and messaged 12 times only received 2 replies then totally ignored. No goods or refund received. Customer service very poor and certainly needs reviewing. I will not use this company again

Ordered as a 65th wedding anniversary gift and I am so happy with the quality and care taken in the making of this planter. Great value for the product.
Only suggestion- I purchased the compost and seed as extra. I am disappointed with the 1 packet of seeds this included which don’t really align to the type of planter purchased. More thought needed to ensure matches the quality of the planter.
