The personalised planters are truly beautiful and such good quality, we are really pleased with our purchase. We had an issue with DPD losing our parcel and the customer service we received from Laser Boutique was brilliant. Philip was quick to respond, he immediately got in contact with the courier, kept us updated with information and swiftly shipped us out a replacement due to DPD losing our order. The customer service was above and beyond and we will definitely be placing an order from them again. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful Christmas bells with an engraved personalised believe star attached and arrived in beautiful individual boxes. Ordered for my two Nieces and Nephew. They haven't received them yet but can't wait to see their faces. So magical for Christmas . Will definitely shop again. Great service. Many thanks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS……. I ordered a Christmas Eve box for my granddaughter, not only was the delivery time a lot longer, the box delivered was not the one ordered and a much cheaper one was sent to me. I was supposed to have received a returns label which has not happened and no sign of a refund. Now receiving no updates and has ignored my messages. Appalling service.

In reply, this may have been as it should be if this was what I had ordered?! But unfortunately not!! Still waiting for returns label and refund! If you don’t want the box back you could at least refund my money

I’m absolutely gutted my son’s 2nd birthday present hasn’t arrived in time for his birthday. An engraved workbench with his name on. Cost me £70 and despite emailing them and messaging them through social media I got no response. There’s no telephone number for them either. So disappointed and really upset. I’m now one very stressed mother the day before her sons birthday!!!!!
