Have ordered a few personalised spoons and always so plessed with them. Very quick delivery too. I had a problem with delivery of 1 of them and they sent me a replacement straightaway. Exceptional customer service.

I bought a basket for my sister for carrying veg from her allotment and was apprehensive about sturdiness but the craftsmanship and material were incredible. Terrible company. No aftercare, no response to emails. They sent a poor product out that was faulty and not as described. Although they initially offered a return for a full refund they are now ignoring all follow up emails asking for a returns label. A really poor way to treat your customers

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a personalised toolbox for my husbands birthday. It was damaged on arrival and I emailed the company straight away. They initially replied stating if I packaged it up they would tell me how to return it, but I haven’t had a reply since, despite emailing them 8+ times since. Really really poor customer service, have now lost £50 and have a damaged product to show for it.

I ordered a personalised teapot as a gift for a friend. It arrived super quickly and exactly as I specified! If I need engraving in future, I definitely know where to go!
