Ordered goods on 27/11/25 to value of £110. Emailed and messaged 12 times only received 2 replies then totally ignored. No goods or refund received. Customer service very poor and certainly needs reviewing. I will not use this company again

Ordered as a 65th wedding anniversary gift and I am so happy with the quality and care taken in the making of this planter. Great value for the product.
Only suggestion- I purchased the compost and seed as extra. I am disappointed with the 1 packet of seeds this included which don’t really align to the type of planter purchased. More thought needed to ensure matches the quality of the planter.

I recently ordered a custom cake stand and it exceeded my expectations! 😊 The wooden base is sturdy and the engraving is spot on. The glass dome is wonderful quality one of the first things my dad said looks really classy and protects the goodies perfectly. Really happy with the personalised touch. Highly recommend!

Ordered a cake dome as a christmas present in December. When it arrived the lid didn't fit the Base. Sent back the next day and still havent received my refund. Ive emailed multiple times and raised a claim through PayPal and still havent had a response. Im gutted because ive ordered the same product in the past and it was perfect. So disappointed with the customer service.

As much as I love the knife the second part of the sentence came with a capital T for the word the, and when washed need to make sure you dry it immediately not leave it on the drawing board as rust starts to develop. Other than that it’s a pretty knife.

My granddaughter really loved her hair pretties box just the thing for her hair stuff. The only thing I would change is the packaging, didn’t think it was very well presented just in a brown box, even if it was wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it. Having said that I would buy off you again.

The trug I ordered was, unfortunately, damaged on arrival. After a few emails Philip pulled out all the stops to get a replacement to me before Christmas. My friend absolutely loves his personalised trug too so everyone was happy. I shall definitely use this company again.
