The trug I ordered was, unfortunately, damaged on arrival. After a few emails Philip pulled out all the stops to get a replacement to me before Christmas. My friend absolutely loves his personalised trug too so everyone was happy. I shall definitely use this company again.

I paid a lot more money for fast delivery and have still not received my item and it was supposed to be a Christmas present Very unhappy and disappointed

I recently ordered a personalised stool from Laser Boutique, the same item I purchased from them previously. Unfortunately, the product I received is completely different from what is advertised and noticeably lower in quality compared to my previous order. I still have the original stool, so the difference in finish and overall quality is very clear.
I have also had ongoing issues contacting customer service. I received promotional emails offering a reduced price for this item, but when I proceeded to checkout, the full price was shown. I contacted Laser Boutique twice about this—once by email and once through their customer portal. Although I received a ticket number, I am unable to log in to view it and have not received any response. I contacted them again via the portal today, but still have not heard back.
Overall, I am disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support. I hope Laser Boutique will respond and resolve these issues.

The detail in the Christmas Eve create I purchased is outstanding! I brought it for my little girls first Christmas and for it to grow with it throughout the years and I am so pleased and know it will last for many many years because of the quality took a while for it to come but it came in time and was so worth the wait

The item was in good condition but the packaging was not good. There was no box nothing but a little bit of bubble wrap and the knife was loose in the bag.

Placed an order which consisted of Christmas gifts to grandparents. Only one item turned up. When I emailed the response was delayed & when I got a response it came through at 4am in the morning telling me they are sorry and issued a partial refund. No mention that they messed up & didn’t send full order also no mention of replacement item they were just quick to offer a partial refund. I responded to the email asking if the item could have been sent as it was a Christmas gift & have yet to get a response. Not a very pleasant expierence & do not intend on ordering from this company in future. Customer service very poor. The item which did come is on the small side & wouldn’t say it was worth the money paid. Disappointed.

Ordered a Santa wooden board within plenty of time for Christmas. After a few weeks nothing arrived. Contacted the company to enquire would it arrive on time. Emailed with Philip who was very unhelpful. They claim it needed import duty paid on it but I never received any notification to say that. Board still hasn’t arrived and they won’t resend, will be Christmas in 6 days now and no Santa treat wooden board here on time. The want me to pay more money for a second delivery fee now which will be processed in the same way and no likely no notification again for any such import duty to paid and so will end up returned to them again. Extremely disappointing service

Unfortunately my package was not received. I had good communication, including several emails exchanged with the vendor in the beginning, and shared the order number to trace parcel - and then the line went cold. Emailed on several occasions. No package, no response, zero customer service. So disappointed - I have emails to show correspondence. Finally Monzo took over and I received a full refund a couple of days ago
