The chap I spoke to enitially was…
The chap I spoke to enitially was brilliant he was very empathetic which is something I've not been hearing alot of whilst trying to find a Medical Negligance Solicitor so I must say that did give me a bit of a boost, and ive been put through to a company in my area so we shall see where it takes me, but 10/10 for his customer service.

This was awful- made me stay on the…
This was awful- made me stay on the phone for ages, helped me and told me that I’ll hear back from them as I have enough evidence for a case and then they never got back to me. This happened twice!
