I had a very positive experience with this company from the outset. They listened carefully to my concerns, treated me with kindness and respect, and took the time to understand what has been a very complex medical negligence matter.
The process of being matched with a specialist solicitor was straightforward, and communication throughout has been professional and reassuring. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the honesty about the investigation process and the need to obtain expert opinions before any decision is made.
Although my case is still at the investigation stage, I have been impressed by the support and guidance I’ve received so far. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone looking for help in finding a medical negligence solicitor.

Then I'm afraid that will be a impossibility. The lady(Vic) who took my initial call was brilliant in every aspect of our conversation. The one consideration (& there was many) that I really appreciated, was her willingness to listen, understand and appreciate the complexity of my medical issues. I had put off the call for a while and now I'm asking myself why.

Dodgy Scouse solicitors
Got put through to some dodgy sounding Scouser, listened to all the information and troubles in life and then denied the claim!
Apparently the pain im in isn't enough, just know they'll only take your case if you've got something easy like your arm got decapitated!
