I phoned not knowing what to expect
I phoned not knowing what to expect an was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman who answered the call. His responses were careful, kind and thoughtful. He clearly knew his job. Although, ultimately the solicitor did not pursue the claim I was more than satisfied with the enquiry.

Vik was absolutely fantastic and truly went above and beyond. She listened to my claim with great care and took the time to go through everything thoroughly. Looking back over the events of the last three years and trying to explain them in chronological order was incredibly difficult, but she was so patient and asked thoughtful follow up questions whenever I had missed something or struggled to remember details.
Throughout the process, she showed genuine empathy and understanding for everything I had been through, which made me feel heard, supported, and at ease. Her kindness and compassion meant a great deal to me, and she even took the time to provide follow up support afterwards. I am incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism she showed, and I cannot thank her enough for the exceptional support she provided.
