They were very specific in their questions and confirmed all the information was completed and correct. On completion of the call they put me through to a local legal representative who provided me with the necessary advice.

I'm not overly impressed
I'm not overly impressed. I went through my complete scenario, listed the evidence I have and was informed that there was certainly a case to forward. I got forwarded to a solicitor's group who called me back, asked for the same info again, but asked me to send nothing, came back to me saying. We'll wait till you get the medical notes. I have lots of bits already. If I'm giving someone all this commission, why aren't they following up on these notes on my behalf?
I've not had any communication with them since. I am quite sure I have a claim because I have all the letters and mis/missed diagnosis sheets completed by consultants over the last three plus years. They put my pain down to having FMS when nothing showed and failed to investigate and all of a sudden I have bilateral chronic AVN requiring surgery. I had to downsize my job through all this, give up physical activity and so much more. I'm not too sure why they don't want the work. Anyone fancy it, let me know.
