This is a scam company. Action Fraud are investigating. Keep well clear. He scammed our tenants. Quoted £150 and charged them £580! 5 min job - terrible workmanship. Basically if you want to be ripped off - use otherwise avoid!

Similarly I called them and they quoted a call out fee - when they got on site charged another whopping £220+ for a 2 minute job.

Called their office in the am - spoke to a Phillipine Call centre. Look them up on Companies House their owner started this latest locksmith last August. And has a string of them which then get dissolved. Why the authorities allow this is awful.

They are being reported to the Trading Standards and Council , Police . Yet locksmiths are unregulated and the concern as expressed on this site is what they could do.

Locked myself out my flat yesterday morning with no phone so couldn’t check reviews!! Having asked my neighbour to call a locksmith, I waited for over an hour although this was supposed to be a local company. It took 1 minute for the guy to open the door, however once he had the door open he added on two additional charges VAT and call out fee totalling £210 for a 60 second job. Having been in a vulnerable situation just needing back in my flat and with the guy advising he would wait in my doorway until the payment was made, I paid the full amount. Absolute scammers preying on people in these vulnerable circumstances. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Their website states they have 2351 trust pilot reviews. They have 3… all negative.

£35 call out charge, then when got here said it would be £350 to get me in & upped the call out fee to £44, as locked self out. I knew that was being extremely overcharged as used someone a few years ago so knew rough rates.

Told him not to continue as that was too much & I’d just pay call out fee. He pulled the race card, saying that was the reason. I told him no it’s because of his behaviour trying to rip me off & that I didn't trust him because of that. He tried to persuade me for ages & kept repeating race card & arguing with me.

He was very shocked I didn’t go through with it, he must be used to scamming people.

He also kept showing me he was recording the visit on his phone. Well dodgy.

His website also has a location icon on stating 0.7 miles away trying to make you think they are local. It’s a static image that the distance doesn’t change.

They are scammers. Firstly tried to secretly record us in our own home - he thought he was being discrete by filming the floor (what a weird creepy man). Then charged double the price and didn't even fit a new lock. He just re-keyed the same lock. Guy on the phone called us liars and hung up on our face. Hope their business fails but looks like it already is failing if they're having to steal money.
Also they lie about their reviews online and curate them. Illegal stuff.

I was charged £750 for a job that should have cost £75. Now, I am taking the company to court because they ripped me off and refused to refund me. I have also reported them to Trading Standards, the police and the MP of Ealing, who will be initiating an investigation. I am sharing my story and their details in the social media so that other people avoid them.

Hi, This company is big scam. They will say rate as £45. After the work they took £180. Also, took my lock with them. Online cheating and fraud..don't engage with this company. I am not sure whether they will break the home lock when I am outside the home like a burglar....Total fraud..Stay Away
