Great product and service
We had a question about one part of the form so I called the helpline - the person we spoke to was very helpful and sorted out our application form efficiently. We were very pleased with the service and chose the AA because the price was almost half what we had been quoted by our previous insurer.

Went on compare site for car insurance. AA came up with £100 less than my current insurer. Waiting for my documents to make sure everything is covered.

An excellent experience
The call was positive and easy to understand, We were left in no doubt as to the value of the insurance we had taken out.

He explained the policy to us clearly, answered (stupid) questions about the policy from us without changing his demeanour, he remained patient and calm at all times, was very polite and extremely helpful
