It was quite a good site overall, although to change a couple of things I had to go searching through, but I eventually found what I was looking for. The price wasn't the cheapest but you did cover everything I needed so that helped and some thing I do not have. Overall a good experience.

I rang the AA to take out car insurance. The young man who answered was very friendly and helpful. He went through everything with us and sorted it all professionally.

Efficient and quick

Just change my car insurance to AA after 12 years or more with previous company, the AA gave me a better price and a better product.
I spoke to a Mazia who sorted it out for me he came over as very helpful and knowledgeable it’s so nice to speak to someone today who understands and just comes over as a nice person.

Absolutely terrible service
My wife was left waiting for recovery for 6 hour on the side on the road at night while they making promises that recovery was coming !!
In the end we arranged our own recovery
Not the service I expect after 35 years membership. A breakdown service that can’t arrange recovery. Complete joke

House insurance great rec’d cover notes and booklet quickly and have all info I need going forward but car insurance I found very difficult as access online and I am not tech savvy so had to wait for help to set up and don’t like having hard copy to refer to.
Also added breakdown cover but it only seems to cover one call-out which I hadn’t realised and as it covers two cars not sure if that means one in total or one each?? Wish I’d stayed with green flag!
