I had a query with the car insurance I had purchased and customer services were brilliant in sorting this for me. I then purchased a new policy and the gentleman I was speaking with was very professional and patient and got me a great deal. He couldn’t do enough for me, I’m just sorry I forgot his name! First rate company, who I would not hesitate to recommend. *****

I have AA breakdown cover and having car insurance with the AA makes sense. In an emergency the AA will, I hope,look after me.

I had trouble looking at my policy after I had purchased it ,but after 3days I was able to view my policy.

The insurance looks good once the additionals are included but that puts the price up nearer the rental quote.

Very competitive pricing for car insurance and easy to navigate during process. Can't comment further as only just bought policy but given recommendations I'm confident all will be good.

I hope I have purchased a good home insurance product. Time will tell. I was satisfied with the competitive price.
The web application process was perfectly OK.
Maybe a small point but the email asking me to leave a review was headed "We want to hear from you". Surely "We would like to hear from you" is better.

All online information was clear and concise. I had to speak with a customer service agent, David, because my car was newly registered. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process.

Everything was OK, except the cost was significantly higher when the start date was moved forward 10 days or so! However the people I spoke to on the phone were helpful and knowledgeable.
The downside was the usual 'telephone wait times' but the reputation of the AA keeps me optimistic.
