Crashed my car and needed it towed, driver that came to the rescue was lovely and kept reassuring me that these things happen and to get myself into another car and out practicing again as I’m a learner, brought me and my car home, his words were just what I needed today after a truck driver scared the life out of me for not moving fast enough onto a roundabout

Told at 5.30pm their eta 90-120 mins, 9pm I had to call them , then told no one coming till morning, full of apologies but no explanation, could have gone home hours ago but sat in a cold car no water, food or heat. No lights , dangerous. Useless service as usual .
