Had pleasure to do superuser care planning module with Andrea Ranalli. He was very petient and focused on ensuring all questions were answered.
Session was well paced, allowed for some breaks to internalise the content and Andrea was very helpful with answering all of the questions the group had.

Software and support getting worse
The software this year has been so disappointing. There are many errors that are delaying lodgements.
They also replaced support with an AI chatbox. When you eventually manage to message a real person, the response is often slow and the staff do not appear to have the knowledge needed to fix the issue.
The support team has also been unhelpful when dealing with our IT provider regarding several ongoing problems.

Migration Process was fantastic
Recently went through the migration process from other CRM's to Vincere for 3 accounts all on separate CRM's. Callum Orr and Sam Almendral were fantastic throughout the process. They were both very responsive at all times, always willing to do as much as possible to make the transition as smooth as possible and above all just great, friendly and knowledgeable people, a pleasure to work with.
