My advice? Dont touch this company.

Been a customer for ages, this company when you tell them you want to leave just make things so difficult it's enough to make you scream. No communication, continue to send bills after cancellation, create additional charges without explanation or way of querying. Access are a tech company who obfuscate any way to clearly communicate with them in the hope you give up, simply the worst kind of company, dont touch them

Moving to Vincere

We have just completed our migration to Vincere from an older Access product, the whole process has been very good so far with regular updates and catch ups with our project manager. The training has been really helpful and so far Vincere looks like a great CRM for our needs. Thank you to Pragati, Dominika and the team for your support!

Catalin and Zain have been our points of contact throughout the process of setting up SMARTAI for our business. They are both so knowledgeable and patient when explaining new processes. I have never struggled to get in touch with them and any query we've had, has been solved/answered quickly and efficiently.

Two members of staff at Access have been nothing short of phenomenal - Rory Heslin and Julie Roberts.

From the very start of our Access Journey, they’ve been supportive, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping—no matter how small or complex the issue. What really stands out is how they explain things clearly and patiently, never once making you feel like you’re asking a silly question. That level of professionalism, patience, and empathy is rare—and it makes a huge difference.

To be completely honest, the product itself can be quite average at times, and my experience with the wider support hasn’t always been great—responses can be slow, and it can feel like queries aren’t always fully understood. However, these two individuals are the complete opposite. They consistently go above and beyond, taking ownership and making sure things are resolved properly.

They’ve turned what could have been frustrating experiences into positive ones purely through their dedication and attitude.

This 5-star review is entirely because of them. They are a real credit to Access, and they truly deserve recognition for the exceptional service they provide.

Excellent 1st year working with us

It is the first year that Paul has worked with us and he has responded quickly to all requests.
The 26/27 budget build upload that he did for our schools was excellent. In previous years there have always been some errors when we checked but this time there were none. Really happy with the service this year
