I had an issue with my order and it had to be returned, but the experience was handled very professionally. The team was very attentive throughout the entire process, consistently providing updates and keeping me informed.

Once they received the package back, they shipped it again without any hassle. Overall, the customer service was excellent and made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier. Highly appreciated.

I ordered three pairs of sunglasses and they’re all so beautiful and such good quality! I was also really impressed by the packaging and the cases that come with each pair.

The polarised lenses are a great touch, they're so clear to wear compared to high street sunglasses, and better protection.

Perfect sunglasses and great customer services. I bought the mimis and they’re such high quality, fit my face so well (most feel too wide) and lenses that actually protect your eyes. I sent an email with a delivery query and received a response the same day. Will definitely order more x

Firstly the sunglasses were easy to purchase via the website with plenty of images available on the website & social media. The high quality is obvious from the moment you receive the packaging, it’s personalised with your name written on the box which is nice to know someone has taken the time to do that. The sunglasses feel great quality and I’ve been wearing them any chance I can (I prefer them over my designer sunglasses). Even the sunglasses case to keep them in looks really good. Buy a pair and you won’t be disappointed!

Completely and utterly obsessed! I have been a Ray-ban girl through and through for years but when I came across The Act on TikTok I instantly fell in love with the whole vibe and Maisie's passion too. I ordered The Chelsea and was blown away by the packaging and the glasses themselves too. So much so, I straight away ordered a second pair for my besties birthday present. I've had so many compliments since wearing my glasses and know I'll defo be adding to my collection soon. Cannot recommend enough and wishing Maisie all the success in the world!

Amazing sunglasses! I ordered the Lola’s after seeing the brands tiktok after another founder I follow (Aimee from Odd Muse) wore the sunnies for a shoot. They arrived in the most gorgeous packaging with every last detail thought about. Absolutely amazing sunglasses! Not only are they gorgeous- they come with beautiful packaging including a case, box and sunglasses cloth, amazing surprise! The sunglasses are so chic and timeless- will no doubt be getting another pair. I’m so used to getting fashionable/ statement sunnies that don’t actually protect my eyes and the sun still beams through - but these are both practical and stunning and affordable.
