Jon was efficient doing a highly professional Job. He was clear with his communication about what he was doing and what he discovered in his investigation. He was friendly whilst keping his workspace clean and adhering to Covid guidelines
He also removed all of the old fittings from the property so there was nothing I needed to dispose of.
The only negative I can think of was some delays with communication, however it can be hard to keep up with communication given that he predominantly wil be doing very hands on jobs or driving between sites throughout the day.

We needed an old radiator replacing and Theale gas found a replacement. It was fitted for a reasonable price quickly without any fuss. An excellent service.

Jon came out quickly to assess why my boiler had broken down. We decided it was time for a new one, very good & efficient service, would recommend very highly.

I found Theale Gas to be very professional. Jon arrived when he said he would, located the problem, explained what it was and how much it was going to cost to fix (which seemed to be a fair price), then set to work mending my heating. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Jon and his team. They installed a new Bosch boiler and Nest thermostat. The price quoted was reasonable even gave a free pump, which needed replacing. Work done was very neat and professional. Highly recommended !! I will be using his service again to change our hot water tank.

I manage a portfolio of properties and this Christmas Eve, I had a family report to me that they had no heating. At very short notice, Jon was able to attend to find the fault and go back on the same day to fit the necessary part to resolve the problem. I was extremely grateful, as was the family living in the property, knowing they wouldn't be left without heating over the Christmas period! Would strongly recommend Theale Gas to anyone.

My heating system was performing poorly due to years of built up sludge in the system. Jon and his sidekick turned up and gave my system a thorough flushing out. You could notice the difference straight away! Jon even provided thermal imaging to show the effects. Thank you very much.
