A company that genuinely believes the customer is important.
Their proactive customer service team was wonderful - rather like the WOLF gift purchased from Alkemistry.

Incredible unique and beautiful jewels
I have a few item that my husband bought me and there very unique and beautiful.
I always get ask where my quartz pendent is from.
I have bought myself the clover Pearl and gold bracelet and it’s lovely.
They didn’t have the black strap in stick but emailed me straight away with an alternate in grey, which I prefer.
It’s lovely and again all my friends want one!

Very overpriced but the returns was efficient and quick. If I do find something from them I like enough, I would shop with them again in future.
