I was always happy with the product and I have been buying from them for many years.
I purchased slippers that I have purchased 10 times before and they sent me the wrong size. The slipper was labled as size 8 but it was clearly much smaller.
I contacted them and they told me I had to pay for the shipping to send it back. This clearly was their fault and they need to pay for the shipping but they refuse.

I have been trying to find someplace to track my order and have had no luck. This is the second time I have ordered and I didn't receive my order last time either. I'm kind of concerned I won't receive this one. I placed my order on March 9th and my order #sy-3531719. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Site have been spamming me despite not having my consent.

After contacting them, received a response from a Mr Noah Horton who claims a Mr James Tillotson has made a donation which means they do not need my consent to send unsolicited commercial spam.

Refuse to provide links to their GDPR policy.

Not only do they not allow you to cancel but I have been flooded with emails ever since the purchase.

When the post office sent my package off to la la land and tracking couldn't tell me where it went, animal rescue site worked with me to re-send the items to a different address without complaint.

I love their shorts and sandals too. Great for leisure time.

I have purchased quite a few blouses and dresses from here. Never an issue, always as pictured, light flowy tops and dresses good for hot weather.

The customer service in this company is excellent. I ordered rain boots that were not true to size. I contacted customer service. They had me send them a picture of the boots in comparison to another pair of boots the same size. When they saw the discrepancy they immediately contacted me and offered a refund or boots in the next size up. I will continue to shop from this company. They stand behind their products!
