My portrait is great and they worked with me to get everything looking perfect. It was also super quick to get the revised version! I got it as a gift and can’t wait to give it to my friend.

Such an adorable picture, boyfriend loved the gift! Great communication from seller. Even did changes I wanted very quickly for the final product! Highly recommend!

Very responsive and accommodating. My brother is going to love his gift! Thank you!

Very accommodating and very fast. Such a talent! The Father’s Day pokemon card I made for my husband with my kids and him in it turned out perfect!! Thank you!

Such amazing work! Ordered a custom family portrait done in a pokemon card theme. They were very fast, hit every detail I asked for and a very friendly customer service! I will definitely be ordering again from them!

Very good product and they helped make sure I was happy with the final results.

Very understanding and if you need something fixed or done over they’re gonna get it done for you and it’s going to be fast. I was definitely satisfied with the results and would order again. If you’re looking for a custom pic don’t hesitate just buy it!

The quality of the art is good, which is why I stuck with it. But the communication process was really annoying to be honest. Before I ordered on Etsy, I sent some info and asked how does the process work if I want revisions. She responded to part of the message but not the revision so I responded to that part and asked again about revisions. She said go ahead and place the order so I had to say I will not place the order until you answer my question about how do you do revisions if necessary. Thankfully she said unlimited free revisions so I placed the order, then a week later asked for an update on the order. She never responded, but then I got the artwork another week later. But the artwork had major revisions needed because she didn't pay close enough attention to my instructions. So it took 26 days from ordering to get the finished product. Again, beautiful artwork, but the communication was bad.

Took a couple weeks, but the artwork was great! The first version wasn't quite what I was looking for, but the feedback was implemented in a timely manner and the final product was perfect

I loved the outcome. The artist sent me an email and asked if there’s any changes I wanted and accommodated to them, which was so kind.

Very happy with the final product. Revisions were quick and precise. Would definitely recommend as a gift for any anime fan

Great shop! She was very fast to respond and the custom portrait was beautiful. I highly recommend!

Great deal with unlimited revisions! Very quick and timely turnaround time. The artist was responsive to my edit requests and knew exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with the final product as a gift.

The communication was very good and responsive. The art was very cool and exactly what we wanted. Would use again!

The artist was very communicative and completed both pokepet portraits quickly. Both portraits are adorable and my husband loves them. They really capture the essence of both my cats. Very happy with my purchase.

My husband was so happy with this portrait of us as a Valentine’s gift that he made it his phone Lock Screen and his computer desktop immediately. That’s how I know this was a hit. The artist (Aiya) was very responsive and extremely talented. This was the best gift ever.

I will definitely be using Aiya again! She was time efficient, meticulous and flexible. Thank you so much, it turned out great!

I purchased a Pokemon pet card from them, amazing price and description is clear. Sent it all over and already received my order in 48 hours and it’s perfect!! Clear communication, definitely recommend xxx

My niece loved her present. The turn around was quick. I asked for a couple changes and they were so quick to respond and make the changes. I will definitely go back to them.

I can’t believe how amazing the art came out. It is absolutely everything that I wanted. It couldn’t be any better. The communication was also amazing there were no misconceptions or mistakes. My friend will absolutely love it. It is one of the many presents they are getting.
