Absolutely terrible, the policy was if you're not happy then you are entitled to a refund.
So, from the very first £75 sketch i said i was not happy, and that it was not what i envisaged either style, quality or adaptation in any way. The pictures barely had any resemblance whatsoever, the whole thing seemed completely AI composed.
A very, very cheap and easy AI GENERATED image charged at a very premium rate, i could have done everything they did by myself for free. There is no artist at the other side designing anything, and i was refused a refund over & over again, being told that they can make another image for me if i give them another chance, but when i say i want a refund & no more chances. Suddenly they stop replying & I've heard nothing since.

Scam!

Quick to respond, awesome service, and an amazing artist!!

Love it! Thank you for your hard work!

They did an amazing job! The portrait came out even better than expected. They were super helpful and quick about making revisions too. I was very nervous as I had never commissioned any kind of art piece before, but it was a lovely experience and I'm so happy with the result. Highly recommend!!

The item I wanted came out amazing! Their attention to details I provided was great, even after I over complicated it a bit by sending in too many photo references, lol 😅. A huge plus was the customer service when revising my item and adding more to it, especially during the busy time of the holidays! I would definitely order from them again and again!

- they answered very fast and nicely!
- they care about ur opinion for the portrait and they do make it like you want to so they ask you if you want any changes or sum!
- they are very nice, kinde and friendly!

Aiya was incredibly responsive and took all of my notes and produced and incredibly wonderful piece of art. Highly recommend her work.

Cute art, easy feedback, and quick turnaround!

Artwork came out better than expected and was definitely worth the price!

The portrait is amazing ! The entire order process was so easy and there was great communication throughout. I will definitely be ordering again!

Aiya was super helpful throughout the whole process and was open to any touchups needed. Really loved the final result!

Very responsive and fast and doing what they do. If u need any corrections, she’ll do it for you. However, I do think it’s on the pricey side but I love the end result

Very patient and met all my requests. My portrait came out perfectly. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience. The artist was quick, went above expectations, and was willing to work with whatever I needed.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, with quick and efficient handling. The quality of the product is outstanding, and the communication throughout was exceptionally friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I absolutely adore the portrait that was made for my daughter! It looks like she just stepped into her favourite anime and I know she’s gonna scream when she opens it for Xmas
The process was very easy, I added all the details I wanted and a few photos during the checkout stage and I had my first draft back in less than a week. They nailed it perfectly with the only adjustment needed was to make the hair a little longer.
Any revisions are communicated through email and overall the process is stress free.
I will definitely using these wonderful artists again !

I had a great experience. I placed my order on a Sunday and I received my portrait by Monday. She was super nice and accommodating, I would 100% order it again.

Creating ideas for a portrait was an enjoyable experience. The team at The Anime Portrait Shop demonstrated excellent communication skills and showcased a level of creativity that surpassed my own in bringing my vision to life in a 2D plane. I would highly recommend their work.

Not only was the product fantastic, they were super responsive and made the proper changes the exact way I asked. Would definitely get work by them again
