Oplichters!

Don't EVER buy anything from this scammer. First of all his products is trash and cheap Chinese junk. Second, he draws your money and you can only hope to get your product. Even worse is it , if you want your money back. He tried to scam me with every excuse on the planet. Even when I got a deal with him and send the product back, he still wouldn't give me my money back and came up with an excuse about not getting the package. Only issue was that I had proof and his signature from taking possession of the package. After 7 emails and all his excuses, I showed him the screenshots and signature from the carrier, never heard from this scammer again, and 4 days later my money was wired back to me. Never ever EVER buy anyrhing from this scamming company.

I just bought two Extendlix repeters. When i connected to my network, these were extremely slow, only 20% of ordinary speed. Examination revealed that this was really OLD products. SW dated MORE THAN FOUR YEARS AGO!
Old and slow protocols, no updates!

This company is an absolute scam. Avoid at ALL costs, do not purchase from this lot. I ordered a Wi-Fi booster for my Daughter, it never arrived, I sent two email request to customer service services, nothing back. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING, DISHONEST, VILE PEOPLE, WHO LIKE TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERS.

I’m writing this as a daughter, because my father isn’t someone who usually leaves online reviews or understands how to check whether sellers are trustworthy, which is exactly why he fell for this seller’s website.

The site looks trustworthy to less tech-savvy users at first glance, with claims of thousands of “verified reviews,” countdown discounts, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. In reality, the reviews aren’t clickable, there is no source for them, and the urgency timers reset. That should have been a warning sign.

My father ordered two WiFi extenders. Both were delivered, but neither worked. We followed the instructions carefully and tried all setup methods, including wireless, WPS, and ethernet. The configuration pages never loaded, the networks didn’t appear as described, and the default login didn’t work. The products were simply unusable and not as easy to set up as advertised. The YouTube setup videos were similarly useless.

Customer support repeatedly asked us to redo steps we had already explained and documented with photos. Instead of accepting a return for non-conforming goods, they pushed partial refunds if we kept the items and expected us to pay international return shipping ourselves, despite advertising a 30-day full refund “for any reason” on their website. These tactics clearly go against EU consumer law.

I urged my father not to give in and to stand firm, and told him to escalate the matter via PayPal. Thankfully, that was how he paid for the items. The seller even told us via email to “let PayPal decide.”

Then, via PayPal, they did the same thing again. They argued that they believed the items worked, offered a partial refund if we kept the extenders, and asked us to repeat the same troubleshooting steps we had already explained multiple times by email. We declined the partial refund and escalated the case so PayPal can review it and issue a full refund.

This experience feels designed to wear people down until they give up or accept less than they are entitled to. I would strongly advise others, especially less tech-savvy buyers, to avoid this company. If you have already bought anything, please do not pay with anything other than PayPal and stand by your rights. Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a full refund if you are not satisfied.

Edit: After escalating the case on PayPal, they emailed my father saying that PayPal would not cover return costs and they "urged" him to go through all troubleshooting again (which we'd already done over and over with documentation) and we "may not need to send anything back". Very poor form. We sent PayPal a screenshot of that email too.

Update 2: PayPal has decided in our favour and will give us a full refund. Stay professional and document everything in case of a dispute.

Wifi Extendlix gekocht voor €50 (met 50% korting!!!). Sturen ze een apparaatje die bij bol.com voor €14 te koop is. Blijven volhouden dat ze het juiste apparaat heb gestuurd. Eerst terugsturen waarbij kosten voor eigen rekening zijn. Jaja...

habe 2 extendlix bestellt, 70 euro bezahlt und nie etwas erhalten. auch e-mails wurden nicht beantwortet!!

Bestilte et blodtryks apparat den 1. december.
Blev modtaget den 10. december.
Firmaet havde oplyst lang leveringstid da apparatet blev sendt fra Litauen. Derfor ok.
Apparatet var helt i orden.

der Kundensupport war miserabel. ich hatte drei Geräte bestellt wovon eins nicht funktioniert hat. Sie wollten dies nicht ersetzen. ich habe stundenlang hin und her geschrieben musste Fotos von dem Gerät machen etc. irgendwann hat einfach niemand mehr zurückgeschrieben. eine maximale Frechheit

Dagen efter bestillingen blev beløbet trukket fra min konto uden at jeg fik at vide at den bestilte vare var afsendt. Og det er jo ikke lovligt. Først 10 dage efter jeg afgav min ordre blev den leveret. Jeg kan kun anbefale at handle et andet sted.

Purchased a WiFi Extendlix Booster from them early October 2025. When it arrived I tried to set it up as per instructions, but it didn't work. I even had a tech pal look at it and he couldn't sort it out either! I complained to Awesome and they offer 50% refund if I kept it. Why would I keep something that didn't work? I rejected the offer and again asked for a full refund. Despite sending numerous emails there was no response whatsoever. Absolutely no customer support. Thankfully, having used PayPal for the purchase, they gave me a full refund.
Dreadful company AVOID them at all costs!

This company replied promptly to all my enquiries, always on the same day. Martin was polite and helpful. My blood pressure monitor arrived this morning and I’m delighted! Ordered on 7/11/25 and arrived today 15/11/25, as advised, within 9 days.

I bought a shaver exactly a month ago, 06/10/2025, I still haven't received the product and there is no trace of the product. Think twice before buying from this company, good luck.

Keep out from ordering anything from this company! I ordered a blood pressure gauge. After 5 days it was still in a warehouse in the NL. I have demanded my money back but have less hope to get them

30 september een wifi versterker besteld en betaald tot 2-10-25 kreeg ik een trackings bericht van waar mijn pakket op dat moment was, echter heb ik het pakket nog niet binnen en op de mailtjes die ik verstuur krijg ik geen antwoord. Net op internet naar het telefoonnummer +37258600387 gezocht maar dat nummer is niet
bereikbaar...... ik ben van mening dat ik ben opgelicht! ( ik had beter moeten uitpluizen of het wel betrouwbaar was) bestel hier dus niets!!
