Ondanks dat ik de producten best fijn vind, ga ik weer terug naar de Ayurvedische producten die ik eerder gebruikte. De commercialiteit die om de Ayurveda Experience heen hangt, klopt voor mij niet. Nergens op de website staat iets vermeld over duurzaamheid, of over de omstandigheden van de mensen die de kruiden plukken, enz. Voor mij is dat belangrijk en past bij de oude wijsheid van Ayurveda. Terwijl de kerstaanbiedingen je om de oren vliegen, wacht ik nog op de bestelling die ik november deed. Bij pure producten hoort voor mij ook een pure houding in de wereld en die voel en lees ik niet bij AE.

I like this company and its products, while in the UK I purchased various items on couple of occasions and never had any issues.
EU branch is different story. I placed order which value is almost 300eur, 10 working days ago, it is still showing as yet to be processed. Customer services last week didn't give any update, just general talk about this being dealt with and I will be updated with tracking number soon.
Really shame, I might start looking for other companies, that sell Ayurvedic skin care products.

Jeg har modtaget en olie der er udløbet i august 25. Jeg har kontaktet kundeservice 2 gange, og venter stadig på svar. Det er under al kritik at shippe en harsk olie, og så ikke svare på min henvendelse. Har købt to gange før, uden problemer. Men når de kvajer sig, står de åbenbart ikke ved det. Det er en dyr olie, så det gør mig selvfølgelig skuffet og bitter, og jeg forventer stadig, måske naivt, at de vil sende mig en ny. Indtil da, 1 stjerne.
Afgelopen weekend een bestelling geplaatst en op de website is er nog niets mee gedaan. Staat nog steeds op unfulfilled. Wel volledig betaald. Ik heb meerdere producten besteld. Ik heb inmiddels ook mailcontact tact gehad. Ik krijg een e-mail met een link om status te controleren maar daarvoor heb je een track and trace code nodig. Die heb ik dus ook nog niet 😡

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Baalayah Körperöl. Ich mag den Geruch und das Gefühl ein Produkt mit natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen. Einen Wow-Effekt hatte ich nicht, aber ich bemerke schon, dass ich mich wohler fühle in meiner Haut, wenn ich das Öl regelmäßig anwende.
Heerlijke producten. Geen lange ochtendroutine met verschillende crèmes maar 3 druppels olie voor je gezicht. Zachte huid, subtiele glow, geen make up, heerlijke geur.
Erg zuinig in gebruik dankzij het pipet waar je goed mee kunt doseren. Nette levering en veilig verpakt, ook mooi om te zien. Niet heel belangrijk maar wel mooi meegenomen. Voor mij niets anders meer. Zo makkelijk.
It‘s a week now that I have my antibiotics with differin gel and every morning and evening face oil and just WOW! I was so afraid of flaky skin (which I had before with the antibiotics) but now it‘s just perfect! No more acne and just a healthy, hydrated, glowing skin! Your products are just amazing!!!
UPDATE 2: My order arrived today and the products even though I haven't tried them yet have a good package and look good. In the meantime, as I have received no information from the company about my order - when should arrive, or even if it has been shipped at all, I have asked for a refund and they've said that they will do so... and today I just received my order... Conclusion... they need to organize better their customer service and notification system but they are a legit company. 3 stars for the frustration.
1st Review: I placed my order 10 days ago and since then I haven't had any information at all about my order. When I tried to reach them through email 4 days ago I received an answer saying that they would notify me ASAP which never happened. And I still have no news from them.

After I posted my review here and tried to contact them again via email and Instagram they sent me the same automated e-mail I received from them 5 days ago, saying nothing at all... and just like that I lost every hope I had that there are legit
