I ordered 15 baskets of two different types & they came promptly, on time, well packaged & all matched beautifully. Quality baskets too - each one looked perfect. Very happy!

I was looking for a wicker storage…
I was looking for a wicker storage trunk, I did a google search and found The Basket company. Their website was very easy to navigate. They have a very good selection of wicker products . I then realised that they are situated close to where I live, so I decided to go and look at their products. They were so friendly and were very patient while I decided which items I wanted. The lady that helped me was more than happy to unwrap items to show me and also asked me questions as to what purpose I wanted to use them for, ensuring I made the right decisions. Their website is kept updated and if the items you want are “out of stock” they will order them for you. Payment was easy via card payment and she even carried the items out to my car for me. The wicker products are of a high quality and clearly will last many years. I can truly recommend this company.

Slight variations in colour which is not an issue. I bought three. The lid doesn’t fit perfectly on one but again, not a big issue. A prettier alternative to a stack of loo rolls. Excellent value. Will use again. Thank you

Grey and buff round wicker/rattan planters
I ordered grey and buff round wicker/rattan planters (medium size). They came beautifully packed just a few days later. I bought them in the sale but even at full price they are well worth the money. I'm thrilled with them and they are now planted up with bamboo. Great company and great products. I shall return!!

Ordered the baskets to store my sewing/craft items in. After choosing my baskets I had problems with my computer so could not order online. After several attempts I phoned the company and they could not have been more helpful. The baskets arrived on time, were of good quality, perfect for what I needed them for and arrived in good condition.
