Lisa (Sales) very knowledgeable, helpfull and she left me to make my chooses without any pressure selling. I have been researching adjustable beds for a while and have had alot of pressure selling.
Delivery was very efficient. Called before arriving. Used stairs without question, lift is person lift only. Packaging was removed for disposal.

Excellent customer service,knowledgeable and courteous staff to help with purchase.
The lay out of the store is very good for folks with challenging mobility (like myself) to get around comfertably.
Great stock of beautiful furniture. Will be visiting again to complete my dining set.

My understanding is most of the showrooms in Birmingham and Solihull area have the same manufacturers and silmilar designs but Cookes was different. What I observed they have unique designs and not manufacturing in China like most of other showrooms. We ordered a dining table with 8 chairs, a Coffe table and a lamp table and would love to go back if we need any thing in future.If I remeber correctly , the guy name was Ben, who was respectfull and patient with us as we asked him multiple questions. Overall it was a good experience. We are waiting for our delivery now.

Such a beautiful showroom, catering for a wide budget range. Excellent service and attention to detail from the staff - particularly David - and the guy who wears the ties made of wood kept my Grandson entertained!

Loving our new bed from Cookes. Delivery was smooth with helpful staff. Bed was assembled and headboard set up for us. All packaging was taken away.
Michael the sales person was also 5* as he too was very friendly and helpful.

The experience in store when we went to look at sofa beds was very positive. Cookes feels like a 'traditional' furniture shop - in a good way! Louise was very helpful and informative.

We ask Cookes if they could repair stressless chairs after five years, Michael ordered the parts, repaired the chairs, within a few days to accommodate us
. We have been dealing with Cookes for many years, they have always given excellent service, and we throughly recommend this company.

We bought our lounge suite from the Christchurch shop. From the start we were welcomed by the sales team and were given plenty of time to compare the furniture before we decided on the one we wanted. We were not pressured at all and were given lots of information to help us decide.
When the suite was delivered to our home the 2 chaps were very polite and took great care when bringing each item into the house. The technicalities of the suite were explained to us.
We are very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism shown to us by all of Cookes staff.

It’s a pleasure to visit Cookes Erdington store. We were welcomed by lovely staff who were happy for us to browse around the store. We soon found the dining chairs we had come to purchase, and the salesman who took our order was polite professional and very efficient
