Bought this as a gift for someone. They loved how many things the box came with. During checkout, I accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription. Customer service was quick and helpful. They were able to give me a full refund, the same day with no hassle.

What made my experience great was I had brought this as a gift. Usually other companies keep sending the subscription even though I did not sign up for it I was upset initially...But I email them and they canceled the mistake and I got my money back. No questions no concerns. I was so pleased with the outcome.

I did not wish to purchase a subscription and asked to cancel as soon as I got a confirmation email for an additional order. They told me they could cancel this order and I could edit my subscription in my account. I was unable to log in so they cancelled the whole subscription for me without causing any problems.

At first my husband thought he was missing the blades in his Ultimate Box, so i went to Email Beard Club (Mind you its even Christmas Night) they responded in less than a minute and were willing to give me new ones, They also proceeded to give me advice on finding the blade and sure enough they were there. No need for new blades. And my Husband is extremely happy with the products he received and loved the blade. And Im very impressed with the customer service would definitely recommend this company. 10/10

I ordered a large kit on sale thinking it was a one time purchase I know I should’ve read the fine print but I was rushing. Then I get a charge on my card and the person I spoke with said they send a confirmation email but I put the company in spam cause they kept emailing me at least once a day. Then when I went to unsubscribe on there extremely slow website it said I don’t have a subscription but it also said I have a incoming order so I reached out to support and they got me right
