The only bumps in this process were from my ceding provider. Chris was always on hand to handle the transfer of two domains that I own - one being my own personal emails - so any issues could have been troublesome!

Teething issues sorted out in minutes leading to very little downtime on both domains and all this on a Sunday! It's service you don't expect or deserve but Chris provides it anyway.

I contacted Chris on a Saturday to ask for a quote. He got back to me in minutes with a great analysis of my needs vs costs. He did some quick research and was able to determine that what I needed was outside his wheelhouse and that he'd have to outsource some of the coding. He said he didn't want to do that because he didn't want an unhappy customer on his books.

This is a great, honest guy who will do fantastic work for you if he can, and turn you away if he can't. I would trust him to the moon.
