The fastest order > despatch > delivery…
The fastest order > despatch > delivery I ever did see. Order at 3:45pm on Tuesday, received at 9am Wednesday with my post, that's not even 24 hours. The box smells amazing when I opened it, I think it must be scented with something lovely, and the delivery slip has a handwritten note saying 'thank you', it made me feel like I was the only customer. 5 stars well deserved and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you for making an old gal' very happy.

Issue with the Product – Resolved
I received an expired product, but after some communication, the company resolved it and issued a refund.
While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, it did take some time and effort to get there.
I believe this was a one-off situation, and I appreciate their follow-up and the final resolution. Thank you.

It's the only company outside my country where I order from!
Their customer service is excellent, and they communicate possible issues before they even ship the package to you.
Great products too which I cannot find locally, and the prices including the delivery fee are very fair.
