Absolutely enjoyed every minute and the staff were so helpful. Arron was an excellent photographer who made me feel more comfortable and relaxed and Dani explained so much and so well about where we go from here. Exciting times ahead if you put the effort into it like you're supposed to.

It was a great day and people were kind and supportive.

My visit today was amazing overall. I was led with so much professionalism throughout the photoshoot and treated with care and kindness. There were details I did not know about (considering how expensive this start of the road could be - including guidance and connection to agencies), however, I still believe it was helpful and useful experience for a future modelling career.

Myles. I had an amazing time today at the studio, the hair and make up team were incredible making me look natural and clean. While the photography was professional and helped me pose while making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall amazing experience.

It was great experience. The team helped me with poses, choosing outfit. They gave me confidence in wearing glamours outfit. The consultant was amazing. I love the whole team.

We went to Light Room Studio today for what was supposed to be a special first experience for my daughter, and unfortunately we left extremely disappointed.

From the moment we walked in, I wasn’t impressed. The place felt dirty and dusty, with fans blowing air around. Staff were going outside for cigarette breaks and food was being eaten just metres away from people having their hair and makeup done, which left strong smells in the area.

The actual studio was nothing like I expected. Rather than separate professional studio spaces, it appeared to be one room divided by partition walls. The sets themselves were dirty and covered in footprints, and some of the wall lights appeared to be broken.

The changing area was particularly poor. It was basically a tiny square made from ripped curtains, with no proper lighting above it, so it was dark and uncomfortable to change in. One of the doors also had what looked like a cat flap where part of it was missing, meaning you could see through to the street.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t particularly impressed with the photographs either.

Afterwards, a member of staff came to speak with us after having been outside smoking, and the smell of cigarettes was very noticeable in the small room. She started playing a preview of the photographs and then walked out of the room while it was still playing. The whole experience felt very unprofessional.

I knew I wasn’t going to be pressured into paying for something I wasn’t happy with, so I asked for an immediate refund. I was then told it could take up to 10 business days to process.

This was meant to be a lovely first studio experience for my daughter, and it was incredibly disappointing.

I would not return or recommend it based on our experience.

MUA, Katie was honestly great! She made sure my make up was to my liking and was super gentle! Made me feel comfortable too. Photographer, Natasha was great! She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed in each shot. Consultant, Kim was super friendly and made sure I got what I needed to start off my modelling career. LY209
