Banned?

Played last night, I won. I made a withdrawal. Today I go to log in and it says I'm banned. I asked chat why I'm banned and they said I have 2 accounts. My log in info is saved and I have made a withdrawal before. They can't confirm the email they said I have the duplicate account with. My wife tried to log into her account and its banned as well. So your spouse cant have an account of their own. So my withdrawal is forfeited and my account banned. This is straight up BS. They can't fix the issue. But they can take my deposit. They dont want to help because I won.

Banned my account after cashing out. STAY CLEAR

I recently won $500, cashed out, and then they banned my account. Scam!! This casino is only one per household, and they do not care if you personally only have one account. Reffered my brother to this casino, really wish I hadn't!! If you like to refer friends and family to casino sites you find, don't go with this one, they will ban you if you win and cash out.

I have only ever had one account and no one has ever had access to said account. Customer service is garbage because they don't help with anything they just close account and steal your money.
