Very quick delivery and flavour is great, unfortunately there was no communication to say the 5x10ml empty bottles I ordered were not sent. It was only when I received the parcel and the delivery note stated “refunded” which I’m still waiting for.

Unfortunately in your case, as we didn't have any other empty bottles in stock, we prioritised dispatching your order on time and processing a refund instead. Great flavours, excellent customer service.
I have bought from this Brews Bros for over a year now, lots of choice, great flavours and quality juice. Unfortunately, my last order was shipped incorrectly, these things can happen so not an issue, but, I have to say Codi sorted everything out straight away after only one email to them, and I had my correct order two days later, it’s becoming harder to find great customer service, but I have always found it with this company.

Recently quit smoking and using vapes. I haven't a clue what I'm doing and ordered off the back of a recommendation of a flavour someone was using.
When the order arrived I emailed to ask if the ml was correct. Got an email back straight away explaining where i had gone wrong with my order and advice/help on what i needed to get the mg I wanted, even got a free shipping code on the things i missed when ordering the first time (which weren't expensive)
Above and beyond, excellent customer service. Thank you.
Won't shop anywhere else for my vaping needs.
