Combination brow 1st appointment completed. With brows healing nicely and retaining colour. I had my first treatment 3 weeks ago with my top up booked for mid October. I can honestly say that the full package from customer service, knowledge, experience, (recommend consultation if previous works), mapping, and colour choice to treatment is first class by Helen. I am so happy with my eyebrows and can not wait for the top up session. The Brow Clinic is definitely the place to go for your your Brows. 5*

This is such a great place, I love coming here. Having had brow lamination here in the past I visited yesterday for microblading. It’s such a nice, welcoming space. Light and airy and feels very relaxing. Helen was brilliant - very personable and took the time to carefully explain what the procedure involved, let me ask any questions and consult together on the best colour etc. I felt totally looked after and she is clearly fantastic at what she does. I am so happy with the results of my microblading, my brows are transformed yet look so natural and I wish I had had them done much earlier. Can’t wait to come back - I can’t rate the Brow Clinic highly enough.

Second time having eyebrows micro bladed. Helen is really good. I did a lot of checking and travelled a couple of hours to get there. Delighted with results. I have had lots of compliments on my brows with everyone surprised when I say I cheat and have them microbladed. Really great chat too!

Having suffered with sparse brows for many years and worried about the 'stigma' about trying SPMU, as a guy, I needn't have feared, as Helen and her colleagues made me feel welcome, relaxed and ultimately overjoyed with the whole experience from the moment I stepped foot in the door, til the time I exited it!

Whilst there is still a bit of a journey to go through, having had my initial microblading appointment, I am, so far, absolutely over the moon with the sheer magic Helen has managed to produce with her mastery in this art!!

From initial friendly chat/fact finding; where Helen puts you totally at ease, whilst managing to ascertain your specific result goals, to the meticulous methods employed, in terms of mapping of the facial areas for symmetry/brow shape etc, Helen manages to create a wonderfully calm, relaxed and personable experience, whilst all the time clearly highly concentrating on producing the best, and desired, results!!

I cannot recommend Helen and her lovely crew enough - I very much look forward to my follow-up appointment, having been given a first class level of aftercare support in the intervening period.

Wow! Having been recommended 'threading' by my dermatologist as the best way to remove facial hair, I booked myself into The Brow Clinic. My previous experience of threading was in a chair in a high street pharmacy and was v painful. This was completely different - Sophie is an expert - it was pain-free and actually quite relaxing!!

My wife was delighted with the eyelash lift from Sharmila. She was very friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable and happy at each stage. Have booked for further treatments and would recommend.

Helen makes sure you fully understand the treatment and is so professional. Having dyed my brows and lashes for years I was really nervous about more permanent methods. Helen put me at ease and gave me real confidence. The eye liner a few weeks back has been a total success, so natural and now doing the brows. Looking good

After an initial brow mapping and chat with Helen I returned to have signature eyebrows to get a fuller understanding of how they would look with more colour and depth.
After this I booked for microblading, as I felt a more permanent procedure was for me.
The day of the appointment was great, Helen explained everything and the procedure was minimally scratchy.
I’m happy with the initial results and looking forward to watching them heal, and reveal how they’ll look. After care is simple. Almost no discomfort afterwards.
I look forward to visiting again after the initial healing for any finishing touches…

I was impressed by Helen going above and beyond to see me despite an unexpected issue their end. This meant I was not negatively impacted at all and goes to show the dedication of Helen to provide the best service to her clients.. even on her days off! The actual treatment was very comfortable and I’m happy with the results and the excellent specialist advice. Will be returning.
