The delivery was super fast, packed very well, and I'm loving the wax melts, saving the candle for a special occasion

I received some of the melts from my sister for Christmas and they were the best ones I’ve ever used, they smell amazing. I then ordered myself some and some for my sister who’s just moved house and we’re both obsessed.

What can I say but wow these wax melts are amazing the smell is really strong and last too , my personal favourite is the lychee and peony, everyone that has entered my house have complemented how lovely my house smells ❤️

Ordered a flower diffuser, looked so pretty and different from the normal reed ones I usually have. Love it! Smells lush and had a free wax melt as well. That is super gorgeous. One happy customer 😁

my candle holder had been broken in the post. i contacted the Candle brand team and within 48 hours had a replacement.

What a brilliant idea a refill candle not to mention the amazing smell.

I applied a discount which it took off but then when I paid it didn’t apply it, it added thr discount back on, they have sent me a code to use for the future but didn’t help with this transaction, also asked a few questions that weren’t answered. The melts however smell delightful so when I need to order more I will purchase more from candle brand

Firstly their products are beautifully made, and smell divine!Very high quality, and you can tell a lot of love goes into them.
Secondly their customer service is also exceptional.I made a mistake when ordering incorrectly, but Emma at the company was very patient, and sorted out a refund for me.My friend also loves your products, and I am spreading the word.
