Disappointing and dodgy
I placed an order for same day send for a birthday gift that never arrived.
No where on the site or in the FAQ does it mention a delay after placing the order and it being reviewed and confirmed before it is sent. Other similar retailers send within 4 hours!!
After several phone calls and sitting on hold to what appears to be an unattended number and several emails my order was eventually cancelled without response from TCN the next day.
Very poor and misleading. Do not waste your time.

Hi Rachel, we endeavour to get order out instantly but sometimes we do need to review orders which can take up to 24 hours. This is common practise in the gift card industry for security reasons. We are sincerely sorry you had a poor experience, and we are trying our best to be as fast as possible when orders need to be checked.

Absolutely fraudulent
Absolutely fraudulent. Gift card didn’t work, didn’t have a pin and won’t be reimbursed for their mistakes. Someone else though shopped with our money without a pin.

Hi this company is going down they have literally stop selling me visa gift card had have 72 in my app that they have approved and now there saying that I am faulty and untrustworthy and a criminal so iam going to take them to the accc and ombudsman and I sue them hassment and racism sorry but that is so unfair and I have to wait the reviewing my email and my name but the 72 gift card I had has the same email on them suing them for hassment and saying that I am fraud and there treating me like criminal . Great Experience with the Card Network!
Great company, they are our go to for work incentives and birthdays for the team. It allows everyone to choose what they want to spend it on and we have never had any issues with them. One time we accidentally put in the wrong phone number for a card, we called through and they were really quick to change the error for us and get the card resent, great service and great company!

I've bought over 30 gift cards, each card bought for myself in the form of prepaid Mastercards for use on subscriptions I don't want repeating over and over forever each card bought with the for myself option arrived in my email in 10min. Very happy with the service. Also you can add the cards to your phones wallet without any drama love it

Twice I tried twice to purchase online voucher and both times you cancelled my order with any clear reason. I wasted 3 days on this.
I ended up having to go to the supermarket and acquire a gift card.

I found the multi-card ideal as a gift ideal and easy.
I found the multi-card ideal as a gift for my grandson as it gives him a range of stores to spend his gift. The process of selecting the card and $ amount then processing was very straight forward and he got it emailed to his phone immediately.

The gift card was not instantly sent to recipient.
The gift card was not instantly sent to the recipient. I wrote an email but because it was over the weekend, I didn’t get a reply however I called on Monday during business hours, no one answered the line. Got alittle worried but finally someone replied my email and resent the gift card to the recipient.
