So far so (very) good
I was hesitant about ordering as prices are much cheaper than elsewhere. We needed a new laser printer drum and toner. Putting the replacements in was straightforward. The instructions that came with them were not for our model, but we followed the Brother instructions online, and though the replacements looked quite different to the originals they fitted fine. We now have crisp clear printing again.
Obviously time will tell how well the drum and toner last, but at the moment I am one happy bunny.

Scam
Scam.
Threaten people to remove their bad reviews before issuing a refund for dodgy toner that is fake and incompatible with the printer.
Completely unethical and unprofessional company.
