A cost effective alternative to printer manufacturer's own brand
I have used their compatible ink jet cartridges for many years and never experienced any problems. The quality is excellent and they offer considerable savings when compared to printer manufacturer's prices, particularly when two for one promotions are available. I have made 2 prior reviews already
I have made 2 prior reviews already, however i finally got my inks a week late despite ordering next day shipping. Long story short it took them a week to reply to any communication but as soon as i filed a chargeback via paypal, the inks were sent...
I saw another review saying that she agreed to return the inks for a refund. DO NOT agree to pay for return shipping yourself, I ended up getting a partial refund and kept the inks, which worked out better really, as i managed to make do with the ink i already had for what i needed them next day for, and now i just got cheap inks. Regardless i would avoid from now on
