Good value for money and much cheaper than the branded toner. It was easy to install and works as expected. The print quality isn't quite as sharp as the original manufacturer's toner, which is why I've given it 4 stars instead of 5, but for the price it's still a decent purchase and does the job well.

Cartridges ordered do not work! I've tried to contact you via email many times but no one replies back. Really poor customer service and after care. Would not recommend to anyone!!

I saw a Google referral online for this company supplying non-regional cartridges. I ordered 2, 123 HP 2130 cartridges, paid and got an invoice showing that the cartridges were standard 302 and 301. I tried to contact them immediately but by design they do not have a telephone number for contact. I emailed them repeatedly, told them the cartridges were for Russia and these were not suitable. After they arrived, 4 or 5 days later, when I started to threaten with Trading Standards and others, they replied and asked for the error message when the cartridges were installed. I reminded them of the emails stating they were being taken to Russia and their own statements that returns could only be accepted if in the original packaging and untouched. They finally agreed a refund which, after 2 weeks is still not to be seen. Not their fault, they say.
A company with no telephone and indifferent service is to be avoided. Caveat Emptor.

Fast delivery, but with the four new inks installed the printed pages don't come out as previously. Colours are washed out.
