First time buying from this company and wow pasties are absolutely brilliant ordering more very soon

Pasties are great
But pasties were defrosting despite prompt next day delivery
The box did not contain any of the usual gel packs

I regularly use the Cornish pasty store to order my steak pasties. I order the Cornish oven as in my experience they are the best. The pasties arrive frozen and on time ready for my freezer.

How can you not give this Company a five star review? Everything is first class and easy from ordering through to delivery. The customer service is first class. The pasties are to die for. Unlike other Companies who seem to put more vegetables in their pasties these are full of meat. This is the first time I have used this Company but will certainly not be my last.

Quick and easy ordered late friday arrived next day. Excellent service,pasties were good value very tasty.

This is the 3rd time i have had pasties delivered to me and they are still frozen when i receive them and they are excellent value

Absolutely incredible. Often have cravings for Cornish Pasties stemming from whilst living there as a child. So tasty and will be ordering more.

Though items are seemingly packaged by the particular vendor that you order from, they were all brilliant. Everything was still freezing cold and well insulated.

Pasties are supposed to arrive frozen on a next day basis.My order arrived to days late and were defrosted.
I contacted the pasty shop by email 3 times but had no response. I further contacted the pasty bakery namely St.Agness bakery for help. They had been unable to contact the pasty either. Currently I am out of pocket to the tune of £50.
I wonder if the pasty shop is no more?
Very disappointing experience.

I have tried lots of Cornish Pasty delivery companiees and almost all have been a disappointment until I tried Prima Pastys from this company. They are of a decent size with lots of tasty, moist filling. Prices are reasonable with FREE POSTAGE. Delivery is also really quick. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Just please keep up the standard and I'll be a customer for life.

Ordered this as a birthday gift, was a little worried whenI received a note from the delivery agent that it would not be arriving on time but within minutes received a text with a delivery time. Phew
This was delivered and gratefully received, this was the first time I’ve used this Co and will definitely use the, again.

Quick & easy to use website and ordering/paying is very simple. Courier emailed night before to confirm next day delivery and again on day with time slot. Order arrived on time in perfect condition. very pleased and will be ordering again in the future.

Needed an order for last friday having ordered the day before. Their delivery company had a problem and couldnt deliver until monday.
Company cancelled order and reimbursed my card. Impressed with theur attention to this

We visited the witney store 22/8/26 and bought two pasty’s
If you like potato and pastry there ok but certainly need at least 60%more meat and a bit more sweed
We will it buy again as there £5.00 each and not worth that much

A pasty should have plenty meat and not full of the cheapest product like potato

Recived pasties wasn’t happy about the Cornish cream teas box was damaged

This was my second delivery. First experience up to expectations. My second delivery arrived within the time stated but the ice had defrosted the pasties were still chilled so I put them in the freezer. Must have been with the delivery company for to long.

Our original order was delayed at the couriers. The Cornish Pasty Store offered to resend the order or offered a refund. The replacement order arrived the next day. Fantastic service for a fabulous product. Thank you,

Although the delivery was very good and packaging was as well, the actual sausage rolls were awful!! I ordered the gluten free and the pastry was so hard that they were inedible. I haven’t tasted the pasties yet but obviously made with the same pastry will be the same . I am very disappointed and for over £30 are a complete waste of money. I will not be buying again .

Disappointed with product. Arrived with packing that had thawed, due to hot weather. Had to cook immediately as not sure if product was suitable for freezer due to this. No matter what, they all stuck and ended up with no base, so couldn't pick up and enjoy as expected.

Partly defrosted when arrived no dry ice left cardbord box all wet. Meat fairly solid pastry a bit wet. Pasties are not what I would call cornish. very dry and small amount of meat. Will not purchase again.
