Fantastic service and their produce, can't fault them, excellent service throughout, very efficient service.
And very delicious pastys, if you could bottle the smell of the pastys cooking you'd make a fortune 👍.
I absolutely love them and I've even started having them for dinner and tea, I simply can't get enough of them.

We had the flaky steak pasties, 300 g size. The photo shows the pastie with much more filling than the ones we received, They were actually a lot of pastry for about half as much filling as shown. I still give a 4 star as the service was good and the flavour of the pasties were really good. But I feel that the extra filling would have made all the difference.

Ordered my mum a treat to cheer her up after a family member passed away. The first order was delivered by in post and it was sitting in a van for over 12 hours before being delivered so was not edible when it arrived I advised my mum to throw it in the bin. After contacting customer services and explaining it was not worth the risk to eat it they then offered to send out another hamper but gave me the option to use a different delivery company, DPD was used second time around and the order turned up before 12pm which was a lot better. I understand that sometimes accidents happen and originally I did put up a bad review because I didn't think I would hear back off them but they suprised me and sent a whole new hamper which was fresh and my mum was very happy. Thank you for rectifying the problem, thats all you can ask for when something goes wrong so I have deleted my old review and I am now a happy customer who would recommend this company in the future. My advise would be for them to just stop using in post delivery and then they shouldn't have any problems as other reviews seem to have had the same problem with that company.

Received order just outside of the delivery window. The outer polystyrene box was broken open. No sign of any freezer bags, just damp cardboard boxes, and only just cold . Outer pastry on some pasties was soft. Obviously poor transportation and the second time a delivery from them has been sub standard. Doubting whether to order again.

Everything was going so well (friendly and attentive staff, great coffee, delicious food) until I went to the loo! Not been cleaned for sometime (prob a few days), food on trays near toilet corridor and accessible to public, dirty kitchen counter! Will go back to the Lewes branch but maybe stick to coffees.

Absolutely delicious pasties from Prima via the cornish pasty store, ordered on Friday lunchtime delivered Saturday afternoon. Brilliant pasties at great prices.

Very tasty full of ingredients the crust was not hard really enjoyed them. Delivery Service was great everything was still frozen and in good condition

I ordered 6 large traditional and 6 medium steak gluten free pasties for a surprise birthday celebration for my eldest daughter. The order arrived in excellent, frozen condition on the due date, and the pasties cooked to perfection, as per the enclosed clear instructions. I loved the supplied paper bags which made the whole experience more authentic! The pasties themselves were sublime, and the gluten free pasties tasted just like a "normal" pasty. I would highly recommend this company's products.

Pastry Very hard and tasteless 1 tried 5 thrown. 😢 Be wary . Only good thing was full refund given 🙃

Received the order, it was fine. But the first pasty was not. The meat was just chunks of gristle, which the dog enjoyed. Will try another one tonight, hopefully it'll be better, if not it'll be a waste of £45. Will follow up after the next pasty.

Have just received my second order of pasties and sausage rolls. If they are as good as the first order, then no complaints from this family.
Easy ordering, excellent delivery and yummy product.
So nice to have an easy treat in the freezer when grandsons descend on us.

And a choice of the finest pasties from several favourite suppliers. The pasties themselves are luscious when freshly baked from frozen at home, and even come with bags to complete the "almost back in Cornwall" experience! Well done to all the team who make my exile from Cornwall bearable!

It's difficult being a ceoliac G F rarely taste like wheat flour items, but your pasties are just like the real thing! Easy to source and arrive promptly, I pop one in the oven as soon as they arrive! 😂 Thank you

well, well, what a fantastic business these gluten free order for my wife outstanding quality, saugage rolls and pasty compleatly filled solid to brim of pastry, taste and flavour knock out this business has put every effort into producing there products for customer satisfaction 100% and more, packaging again out standing order arrived as stated still icy cold and no damage, will order again in due course, to sum every thing up faultless business, extremley very, very, very satisfied customer

I was not happy when I opened my pasties so tried to ring the Company for some reassurance.
After several irritating instructions I left a message for a call back. To date, NO reply.
I have resorted to Google for an answer to my worry and hopefully have received the answer I was looking for.
Due to the poor customer relations I am du ious as to whether I shall order again.

Ordered pasties for my son in bournmouth when they arrived all melted. How long were they inthe delivery van. Perhaps it should be refrigerated van

Great service and good choice of pasty shop's. Had cornish ovens pasty which was delivered on my choice of day which was great. Don't get home to redruth much so knowing I can order from here even better.

The delivery was on time and packed extremely well. But at the moment we have yet to taste them but they look amazing many thanks.
