Company you can trust
Great customer service.Was informed by the courier that there would be a delay on delivery.As these were frozen uncooked I used live chat to contact customer services....no fuss,no dithering,replacements were sent (this time by Royal Mail)..received today 29th.
And as a bonus the pasties are always great!!!

Pasties were lovely as usual ,
Pasties were lovely as usual ,delivery great but as we had two boxes in the polystyrene box and not sufficient freezer packs to keep pasties frozen ,they had started to thaw as the freezer packs were laid on top of cardboard boxes not around boxes as usual .

As a ex cornish man living in Wales originally from camborne I have been trying to find a good pasty company to replace lavender pasties witch have closed down I have found your company and I must say they are fabulous with excellent delivery service, i will be reordering very soon, so thank you very much for a lovely tasty pasty from very near camborne.

I ordered 6,of the 450g steak flaky…
I ordered 6,of the 450g steak flaky pastry. Arrived in excellent condition in a made for purpose frozen food package. Cooked in oven at 190 for 1 hour, then dropped temp to 120 for 25 minutes. Best pasties I’ve ever tasted and will buy again. Would recommend and I will be reordering.

OThe pasties were great but I ordered…
The pasties were great but I ordered 8. I got 8 bags but only 6 pasties.mThats just not acceptable. The issue has not really been resolved. I would have appreciated some form of repayment for the mistake.

Order arrived on time
Order arrived mid-morning on day of delivery. Well packed with plenty of ice packs meaning pasties arrived still frozen. The filling was every bit as good as I remembered from living in Cornwall and having at least one a week from the Truro shop. Unfortunately the pastry was not good, hard and difficult to eat. More like old pastry that had been left too long! I only ordered the 185g size so next order will be for the larger size. Pastry let down an otherwise tasty pasty.

Second order, the orders of any pasties arrives extremely well packaged with plenty of ice packs, delivery is rapid. The quality of the pasties is very good, love the meat and vegetable fillings in the traditional pasty, the vegan vegetable pasty is giving great flavours. Will order again when the freezer is low. Very satisfied customer.

Gluten free pasties
It's not often to people with coeliac disease can get pasties. But this company is great you order online and they are delivered to your door. The pasties are lovely a real taste of Cornwall.

2nd time ofordering .. faboulous service. St Agnes Bakery make such delicious pasties, always a reminder of special yearly holidays in our fave place. Didnt come with the "St Agnes Bakery" paper bags this time? which is a shame as I thought this was a lovley touch .. didnt interfere with the taste obviously .. just to improvise :-)
